Our Collaborative Law Practice
For clients who want to resolve legal disputes without the time and expense of litigation, we offer:
Divorce to Collaborative Divorce. In our divorce practice, we help parties resolve matters related to child custody, visitation, child support, spousal support and property settlements without resorting to contested litigation.
Probate. In our probate practice, we work with clients and counsel to resolve all issues related to the settlement of an estate, including an inventory of assets, the valuation of assets, the payment of debts and taxes of the estate, the distribution of estate property in accordance with the terms of the will or the Massachusetts intestate law in situations where there is no will.
We handle residential and commercial real estate transactions on behalf of buyers and sellers. We assist with everything from the negotiation of terms to the closing, as well as identifying and/or clearing any title defects and ensuring that settlement statements are accurate. We also handle issues involving residential and commercial leases and subdivisions.
