Commonwealth Registry of Nurses provides quality private home care nursing specializing in the care needed for assisted living. From 2-hour respite care through 24 hour a day, 7 days a week long-term care, and everything in between. Our services include a needs assessment, individualized care plans, case management and supervision, personal care, assistance in dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medical care and assistance.
Christine A. Moriarty is the Registry Owner and Director of Nursing Services. She has over 25 years of nursing experience in Medical, Surgical, and Geriatric Nursing. She has worked as a Clinical Nurse Manager/Coordinator, Home Care Case Manager, Visiting Nurse, and Nursing Supervisor. She is the author of a weekly health column in the Holyoke Sun and a regular contributor to Prime Times senior magazine and the Health Care Compendium.
