The Law Office of Michael F. Mimno was established in September, 1984. Before that time, Attorney Michael F. Mimno was a staff attorney employed by the New Hampshire State Legislature involved in both writing legislation and advising members of the legislature. Since the law office opened, the firm has been engaged in the practice of law, concentrating presently in the area of Divorce and Family Law. The firm, which originally opened in Methuen, Massachusetts, has been located in Andover, Massachusetts since 1989.

The firm presently practices all areas of Family Law, including but not limited to, Divorce, Modification, Contempt, Paternity, Custody, Child Support, CHINS Actions, Care and Protection Proceeding Adoption. In addition, the firm practices in the areas of Real Estate Law, including purchases, sales, refinancing mortgages and landlord/tenant issues. The firm also practices in areas of Personal Injury Law, Criminal Law and Probate Law including Wills and Estates, Guardianships and Conservatorships.
