As a result, our word of mouth business has propelled us for more than 30 years. And while we are certainly not the largest flooring dealer in the region, our commitment to meeting our customers’ needs in a low pressure, comfortable environment keeps our customers coming back again and again.
In a business where most stores experience a closing rate of 20%, we’re very proud to say that when potential customers come to our store, our closing rate is over 50%.
Part of our success comes from the fact that we try to sell higher quality goods at very competitive prices. Our store started as a carpet store, and we quickly learned that selling Stainmaster nylon carpet provided the greatest value to homeowners. The Stainmaster nylon product provides outstanding resilience, durability and cleanability over the longer term.
We sell and install carpeting, laminate, hardwood, tile, cork and linoleum for both the residential and commercial markets. Whether your job is a six by five bathroom, or an entire house, we will show you the same commitment to quality that has kept us thriving for over 30 years.
