Offering professional service at a personal level, Creative Picture Framing has served the Worcester and Wachusett areas and central Massachusetts for nearly three decades. We are conveniently located at 800 Main Street in Holden, Massachusetts, in the lower level of the pink building across from Papa Gino’s Restaurant.
Creative Picture Framing is independently owned, and specializes in custom picture framing. When you bring a piece of artwork to us to be framed, we will explain the framing method appropriate to that particular piece, help you to select a frame and mat combination that will show the artwork to its best advantage, and work up a price quote for your approval. From a simple frame to a spectacular presentation, or anywhere in-between, we can offer you several different price options. Our goal is to provide you with friendly and personal service, high-quality materials and complete satisfaction with your finished product. Need it in a hurry? We always do our best to accommodate an emergency order. All work is done on the premises.
Shop owner Donna Reynolds is a Certified Picture Framer and is a member of the
Professional Picture Framer’s Association; your framing order is backed by her expertise and 29 years of picture framing experience.
Donna specializes in needlework framing; each piece is handled with respect to the time and effort you have invested in it. Your work will be framed without the use of staples, tacks or adhesives of any kind. Needlework is laced onto an acid-free board, with space left between it and the glass and frame sealing tape to line the interior frame edges, guaranteeing maximum protection and preservation.
The shop also carries a wide selection of charts, fabrics, fibers, kits and accessories for counted cross-stitch and miniature Russian punch needle. We have stitching groups that meet on a regular basis, and will arrange classes for you and a group of friends at your convenience.
"This precious family photo was deteriorating as a result of amateur framing. Creative Picture Framing saved it and it's now framed with preservation in mind."
